Consequences for Inappropriate Communication:

Account Restrictions: I We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features or services, temporarily or permanently, in case the customer engages into any of the aforementioned conduct including unparliamentary language, disrespectful behaviour towards our representatives.  

Account Termination: In severe cases of repeated or egregious violations, we may choose to terminate the customer's account held with Jupiter App, and any associated relationship with our company or its group entities.
