This plan offers customers complete round-the-clock protection for their financial assets along with travel and streaming benefits to utilise on the go.

2. Membership Duration
The plan is active for 1 year from the date of purchase.
3. Documentation Required
For Card / M-Wallet / UPI Fraud Protection, the following documents may be required at the time of filing a claim:
- Claim form duly filled and signed by the Customer
- F.I.R. or intimation copy issued by the police
- Confirmation for blocking the Card / M-Wallet / UPI
- Bank Statement indicating the fraudulent transaction
- Correspondence with the Bank on the fraud, including a dispute letter submitted to the bank
- Any other document(s) as may be required by OneAssist / Insurer pertaining to the claim loss
4. Claim Admissibility Guidelines
- All claims must be reported within 24 hours of discovering the loss.
- Claims reported beyond the 24-hour window may not be admissible.
- For Card / M-Wallet / UPI Fraud Protection, pre-reporting cover periods apply as specified in the coverage table above.
5. How to Raise a Claim
Claims can be raised through any of the following channels:
- Raise a service request on the OneAssist App (login using your registered mobile number) within 24 hours of discovering the loss.

6. OTT Subscription Benefit
- The complimentary 12-month Amazon Prime Lite subscription (worth ₹799) is included as part of this plan.
- The OTT subscription is eligible for redemption only after 2 days of plan purchase.
- The subscription benefit is non-transferable and valid for the registered customer only.
7. General Terms
- The plan is non-transferable and valid only for the registered customer.
- All coverages are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions as defined by OneAssist and the respective Insurer.
- OneAssist / Insurer reserves the right to request additional documentation for claim processing.
- Jupiter and OneAssist reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any benefit under this plan with prior notice to the customer.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of OneAssist / Insurer shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
