Special Conditions
> All policies under this construct must be sold on or before 2nd March 2026 up to 23:59 hours (IST). The risk commencement for all such policies shall be 4th March 2026 at 00:00 hours (IST) and shall continue for a period of 10 consecutive days.
> Accident must occur directly and solely due to accidents during the risk period.
> The insured must be in between 18-60 years of age.
> Death or disability claims must be reported within 7 days of incident.
> Hospitalization must be in a registered hospital with valid license.
> Domiciliary treatments are not covered.
> Treating doctor’s certificate required for disability/hospitalization claims.
> Intentional self-injury, suicide, or attempted suicide is not covered.
> Accidents under influence of alcohol, drugs, hallucinogens or intoxicants is not covered.
> Participation in illegal activities, riots, or criminal acts is not covered.
> Participation in physically aggressive celebrations including but not limited to Lathmar Holi (Barsana) and Huranga Holi (Dauji), or similar events involving deliberate physical impact are not covered
> Injuries due to the use of hazardous chemicals, industrial dyes, acidic or toxic substances, flammable powders, foam/rave holi events using chemical agents during the Holi celebrations are not covered.
> Participation in rooftop celebrations, water tanker spraying from elevated positions, swimming pool parties without certified lifeguard supervision, or celebrations near open water bodies are not covered.
> Any Holi celebration involving elephants, horses, or other animals, including festival events historically conducted, are not covered.
> Accidents occurring outside the defined risk coverage window is not covered.
> Participation in organized hazardous stunts or high-risk activities is not covered.
> Pre-exisiting medical conditions aggravated by Holi colors use is not covered.
> The policy is applicable to customers of Jupiter app users only.
> The insurance company reserves the right to deny any claim arising from an accident that occurs while the insured is engaging in an activity that violates the laws of the jurisdiction
