Terms & Conditions: Jupiter x OneAssist Roadside Assistance (RSA) Plans
Welcome to the official Terms and Conditions for the Jupiter x OneAssist Roadside Assistance (RSA) Program. These rules govern the administration, limitations, and standard features of the premium roadside assistance packages offered to Jupiter customers in partnership with OneAssist.
1. Plan Variants and Financial Landing Costs
The program offers two distinct service tiers tailored to individual requirements. The commercial landing costs provided to Jupiter are comprehensive and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST):
2. Core Program Timelines and Claim Restrictions
Each plan variant is subject to specific structural boundaries, including total validity duration, maximum claim frequencies, and mandatory initial restrictions:
- RSA Lite: Enforces a structural tenure of three (3) months. Service utilization is capped at a maximum of two (2) discrete service claims during this timeline. A mandatory cooling-off period of one (1) week is enforced from the activation date before any claim can be initiated.
- RSA Super Pro: Enforces a structural tenure of one (1) full year. Service utilization is capped at a maximum of three (3) discrete service claims during this timeline. A mandatory cooling-off period of one (1) week is enforced from the activation date before any claim can be initiated.
3. Service-Specific Boundaries & Caps
Emergency assistance features are governed by precise distance thresholds and coverage conditions as detailed below:
- Towing Assistance Limitations:
- RSA Lite: Coverage is strictly confined to towing required due to a vehicular accident. The maximum complimentary towing distance is limited to 15 kilometers.
- RSA Super Pro: Extended coverage accommodates towing required due to an accident, mechanical failure, or electrical breakdown. The maximum complimentary towing distance is expanded up to 20 kilometers.
- Ambulance Assistance: Valid within a total range of 25 kilometers. Under both service tiers, this feature strictly covers ambulance arrangement assistance only; any direct medical or transportation costs are outside the scope of this provision.
- Emergency Fuel Delivery Support: Provides dispatch and emergency delivery of up to five (5) liters of fuel to a stranded vehicle. While the delivery service is provided without an additional dispatch charge, the actual cost of the fuel consumed remains completely chargeable and must be settled by the customer.
4. Standard Baseline Inclusions (Applicable to Both Tiers)
The following core emergency features are bundled universally across both the Lite and Super Pro plans to ensure a seamless on-road experience:
- Dedicated Toll-Free Support: Access to a specialized, round-the-clock hotline for immediate emergency registration.
- Key Lockout / Loss Support: Assistance provided in instances of lost keys or vehicle lockouts.
- Flat Tire Assistance: On-site emergency assistance to repair or replace a punctured tire.
- Battery Jumpstart Services: Dedicated charging and jumpstart assistance in the event of a dead battery.
- Hotel Accommodation Assistance: Coordination and support for emergency lodging arrangements if a vehicle breakdown occurs far from home.
- Emergency Doctor Teleconsultation: Remote medical advice and teleconsultation access during travel emergencies.
- Legal Assistance Coordination: Preliminary legal guidance and referral support following a roadside incident.
- Vehicle Extraction Services: Specialized assistance required to pull a vehicle out of a ditch or off-road entrapment.
