Jupiter Jewels to Maharaja Points Conversion

  • OVERVIEW
    Jupiter users can convert their Jupiter Jewels into Air India Maharaja Club Points and unlock exclusive travel rewards. These Terms and Conditions govern the conversion program between Jupiter and Air India Ltd.
  • ELIGIBILITY
    1. This program is available to all Jupiter users who hold an active and operational Air India’s Maharaja Club membership account.
    2. Users must have sufficient Jupiter Jewels balance to meet the minimum and maximum conversion requirements.
    3. Users must be recognized by Air India as valid members of the Maharaja Club in accordance with Air India's Frequent Flyer Programme rules.
  • CONVERSION DETAILS
    • Conversion Rate
      • 6 Jupiter Jewels = 1 Air India Maharaja Point
    • Minimum Conversion
      • Minimum conversion amount: 60 Jupiter Jewels (which converts to 10 Maharaja Points)
      • All conversions must be in multiples of 10 Jewels (e.g., 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 Jewels)
    • How to Convert
      1. Log into your Jupiter app
      2. Navigate to the Store section
      3. Select "Miles Transfer" or "Air Miles" option
      4. Enter the number of Jewels you wish to convert (minimum 60, in multiples of 10)
      5. Provide your Air India Maharaja Club membership number
      6. Confirm the conversion details
      7. Click "Convert Now"
  • PROCESSING AND CREDITING
    1. Maharaja Points will be credited to the Air India Maharaja Club account number provided by you at the time of initiating the conversion.
    2. Points will be credited within 3-5 working days from the date of conversion request.
    3. You can check the status of your conversion request on the Jupiter app.
    4. Jupiter is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect Maharaja Club membership details provided by you
  • IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS
    1. Once Jupiter Jewels are converted to Maharaja Points, the transaction is final and irreversible. Jewels cannot be transferred back or the transaction cancelled.
    2. Jupiter Jewels cannot be transferred to another user's Jupiter account or another person's Maharaja Club account.
    3. Conversions can only be made from your Jupiter account to your own registered Maharaja Club account.
  • USE OF MAHARAJA POINTS
    1. Once credited to your Maharaja Club account, the points can be used for:
      1. Award Flights on Air India
      2. Cabin Upgrades
      3. Cash + Points Bookings
      4. Other benefits as per Air India's Maharaja Club program
    2. The availability, usage, validity, and redemption of Maharaja Points are subject to Air India's terms and conditions, warranties, and restrictions.

  • PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
    1. Jupiter and Air India reserve the right to change, modify, or amend this program at any time without prior notice.
    2. Jupiter reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change, or vary these terms and conditions, or to replace wholly or in part this offer with another offer, or to withdraw the program altogether, at any time without prior notice.
    3. Jupiter and Air India shall not be liable for any losses caused to users pursuant to any such changes.
    4. Jupiter shall not be held responsible if Air India withdraws or amends the terms relating to products, services, vouchers, or Maharaja Points that impact the redemption or use of converted points.
  • USER RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Maharaja Club membership details provided during conversion.
    2. You must maintain an active and operational Maharaja Club account to receive and use the converted points.
    3. You acknowledge that this is a discretionary program offered by Jupiter.
  • GENERAL TERMS
    1. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and Jupiter.
    2. Jupiter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any user who does not meet the offer requirements or violates any internal policies.
    3. Jupiter reserves the right to discontinue or change any offer or reward program at any time. Jupiter's decision regarding eligibility shall be binding and final.
    4. These benefits and conversions cannot be exchanged for cash.
    5. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or promotion available on Jupiter or Air India platforms.
    6. By availing this offer and converting your Jewels, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all these terms and conditions.
    7. All standard Jupiter Terms & Conditions and Air India Maharaja Club Terms & Conditions apply in addition to these specific conversion terms.

    1. Jupiter does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the Air India Maharaja Club program.
    2. Jupiter is not responsible for any changes, modifications, or discontinuation of benefits by Air India.
    3. The value, utility, and redemption options for Maharaja Points are determined solely by Air India.
    4. Jupiter makes no representations or warranties regarding the Air India Maharaja Club program beyond facilitating the conversion of Jewels to Points.
