• A Category-1 Execution Only Platform ("EOP") for facilitating investments in Direct Mutual Fund schemes.
• An AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 352049) for facilitating investments in Regular Mutual Fund schemes.

1.2 The Company offers mutual fund-related services through the Mutual Fund Investment Platform ("Investment Platform") available on the Jupiter mobile application ("Jupiter App").

1.3 Through the Investment Platform, users may invest in, redeem, track and manage investments in Direct Plans and/or Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes and avail related investment services ("Services").

1.4 For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "You", "Your" or "User" means any person accessing or using the Investment Platform and/or availing the Services.

1.5 By accessing or using the Investment Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, sharing and disclosure of Your information in the manner described herein.

1.6 We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall be made available on the Investment Platform and shall become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise specified.
