Scope of Benefit
Applicable only to domestic flight bookings that are partially refundable. Non-refundable tickets, group bookings, charter flights, and excluded bookings are not eligible.
Benefit Description
- Refund covers the airline cancellation penalty.
- Calculated as Booking Amount (excluding convenience fee and other charges) minus Airline Refund.
- Maximum reimbursement of ā¹4,000 per PNR.
- Booking and cancellation must occur during the offer period.
Eligibility
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before departure.
- Cancellation must be initiated only through Jupiter Travel.
- Traveller and card holder should be the same person.
Cancellation Window
- If departure is more than 7 days from booking, cancellation becomes eligible after T+1 day.
- Eligible until 24 hours before departure.
Usage Limits
- Maximum two claims per customer in a calendar year.
- Coverage limit applies per PNR, irrespective of passenger count.
Refund Processing
- Eligible cancellations receive automatic reimbursement.
- Fraudulent transactions are not eligible.
- Refund credited within 7 business days after cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Jupiter and Neo are not responsible for delays, disputes, or failures caused by airlines, travel partners, or third-party service providers.
Modification
The issuer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the benefit at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
