Terms and Conditions – Nothing (“Campaign”)

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) before entering the Nothing promotional campaign.

You agree that, by participating  in  this  Campaign, you  will be bound  by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Campaign requirements as provided herein below to be eligible for different milestone rewards which are defined herein. These T&Cs are in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to which you agree by using the Jupiter App. To the extent www.jupiter.money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy conditions are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Campaign only. For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “referrer” shall mean any natural person who is
participating in the Campaign.

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:

1. This Campaign is available for all the  Jupiter App users and will be live from November 16, 2022 to December 05, 2022 (inclusive of both dates) (“Campaign Period”)
2. You will have to spend through your Federal Bank's Debit Card on the Jupiter App (“Co-Branded Card”) in the Campaign Period and achieve different milestones in order to win different rewards:

1. You understand that all the spending through Debit Card have to be within the Campaign Period to be eligible to earn rewards
2. You further understand that ATM withdrawal and wallet load will not be considered while calculating total spends
3. Transactions that are successfully completed will only be considered in the Campaign
4. Upon successful completion of the Campaign, participants will be selected by a such random draw of lots, who will be declared winners and be eligible to claim different rewards depending upon milestones you achieved
5. There can only be one Nothing Phone (1) winner in the Campaign
6. The odds of winning different rewards depend on the number of users who successfully achieves the milestones in the Campaign
7. Winners of different rewards will be announced on December 12, 2022, and notified by Jupiter through email/push notification and rewards will be sent to their registered email id with Jupiter by December 31, 2022
8. The winner of Nothing Phone (1) will be reached out on their registered email id or on call within 15 days from the winner’s announcement by Jupiter
9. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond Jupiter’s control, Jupiter may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at Jupiter's sole discretion
10. Upon winning Nothing Phone (1), You cannot transfer, assign; or redeem the prize for cash
11. Subject to the winner claiming the Nothing Phone (1)within the given period and sharing the requisite information as may be requested by Jupiter, Jupiter shall verify and dispatch the prize as per internal policies
12. You understand that if point no. 13 above is not fulfilled within the time provided by Jupiter, You will deem to have forfeited the prize
13. Nothing Phone (1)will be awarded to the winner “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express, or implied warranty of merchantability
14. Jupiter shall not be responsible for any delay on part of a third party including the courier agency,   in  delivering  the   Nothing  Phone   (1)  (if   applicable).   All  costs  and  expenses  for collecting the Nothing Phone (1)unless otherwise specified shall be borne solely by the winner under this Campaign
15. The redemption procedure for each of these rewards shall be promptly communicated to the winner if required.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

1. Jupiter may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change any of the T&Cs or cancel the Campaign at any time, without prior notice. Further, Jupiter in its sole discretion, modify, terminate or suspend the Campaign should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or
   impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Campaign
2. Jupiter   may,   in   its   sole   discretion,   disqualify   any   user   found   to   be   tampering   with   the Campaign or Jupiter App without specifying the reason or intimating the user
3. Jupiter shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event
4. Jupiter shall have the sole discretion to choose the colour/storage/model of the Nothing Phone (1)
5. This Campaign is being made purely on a best-effort basis and participating in this Campaign is voluntary. By participating in the Campaign, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Jupiter, and any of its affiliates and employees from any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the Nothing Phone (1), even if caused or contributed to by Jupiter’s negligence
6. Jupiter shall have sole discretion in changing the number of winners for each milestone and its rewards at any time before the end of the Campaign
7. All disputes relating to the transaction or the spending will be resolved in accordance with the applicable terms. All disputes between the user and the merchant (including in relation to the
   services/products) will be resolved inter se and Jupiter or any of its affiliates will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve such dispute
8. These Campaign T&Cs are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or concerning these T&Cs
