Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) before entering the Big Bang Days! promotional campaign.

By clicking to “Count Me In” You agree that, by participating in this Campaign, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Campaign requirements as provided herein below to be eligible for different milestone rewards which are defined herein. These T&Cs are in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to which you agree by using the Jupiter App. To the extent www.jupiter.money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy conditions are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Campaign only. For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context requires “you” or “your” shall mean any natural person participating in the Campaign.

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:

• This Campaign is available for all the Jupiter App users who express their interest by clicking on the “Count Me In” tab on the Jupiter App.
• The Campaign will be live from December 20, 2022 to December 24, 2022 (inclusive of both dates) (“Campaign Period”).
• You will have to spend through your Federal Bank Jupiter Debit Card (“Co-Branded Card”) in the Campaign Period.
• You understand and acknowledge that you have to be amongst the top 10 spenders (cumulative spends in money) on the Offer Dates mentioned below to be eligible for the respective rewards.
• You further understand that ATM withdrawal and wallet load will not be considered while calculating total spends.
• Transactions that are successfully completed will only be considered in the Campaign.
• Upon successful completion of the Campaign, a winner will be selected by a random draw of lots amongst the top 10 spenders on each Offer Date, who will be declared winners and be eligible to claim the reward mentioned against the respective Offer Date.
• The odds of being in the top 10 list of spenders depend on the number of users who successfully spend the maximum amount on an Offer Date.
• Winners of different rewards will be announced on January 10, 2023, and notified by Jupiter through email/push notification. Rewards will be sent to their registered email ID with Jupiter by January 20, 2023.
• The winner of Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Bose Sports Earbuds will be contacted on their registered email ID or mobile number within 15 days from the winner announcement.
• No cash or other prize alternatives are available. However, in circumstances beyond Jupiter’s control, Jupiter may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
• Subject to the winner claiming the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Bose Sports Earbuds within the given period and sharing the requisite information requested by Jupiter, Jupiter shall verify and dispatch the prize as per internal policies.
• You understand that if point no. 11 above is not fulfilled within the time provided by Jupiter, you will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
• Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Bose Sports Earbuds will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including warranty of merchantability.
• Jupiter shall not be responsible for any delay on the part of any third party including the courier agency in delivering the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Bose Sports Earbuds (if applicable). All costs and expenses for collecting these prizes, unless otherwise specified, shall be borne solely by the winner.
• The redemption procedure for each reward shall be promptly communicated to the winner if required.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

• Jupiter may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change any of the T&Cs or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice. Further, Jupiter may modify, terminate or suspend the Campaign should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Campaign.
• Jupiter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any user found to be tampering with the Campaign or Jupiter App without specifying the reason or intimating the user.
• Jupiter shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
• Jupiter shall not be liable if the gift voucher you received has been lost, stolen or damaged. Further, Jupiter will not be responsible for the redemption of these gift vouchers.
• You understand and acknowledge that each gift voucher shall have its own terms and conditions for redemption and you shall abide by them.
• Jupiter shall have the sole discretion to choose the colour, storage and model of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and Bose Sports Earbuds.
• This Campaign is being made purely on a best-effort basis and participating is voluntary. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Jupiter, its affiliates and employees from liability for personal injury, property loss or damage, and misuse of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, Bose Sports Earbuds and gift vouchers, even if caused or contributed to by Jupiter’s negligence.
• Jupiter shall have sole discretion in changing the number of winners for each milestone and its rewards at any time before the announcement of the winners.
• All disputes relating to the transaction or spending will be resolved in accordance with the applicable terms. All disputes between the user and the merchant will be resolved inter se and Jupiter or its affiliates will not be liable or obliged to mediate such disputes.
• These Campaign T&Cs are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters or disputes arising out of or concerning these T&Cs.
