4 Business Hour Jewel Compensation Policy

1. Introduction

At Jupiter, we value our customers and strive to ensure a seamless service experience. To recognize and reward quick resolution, customers are entitled to a Jewel Compensation within 4 business hours of raising a ticket through the official Jupiter app or support channels.


2. Eligibility for Jewel Compensation

  • Jewel Compensation is applicable for all customer support tickets (except through some exclusions mentioned below) raised through official channels.
  • Jewel Compensation will be provisionally credited within 4 business hours from the time of registering the ticket.
  • This credit is provided as a goodwill reward and will remain with the customer irrespective of final resolution timelines.

3. Exclusion – Dispute Tickets

The 4 Business Hour Jewel Compensation will not be applicable in cases where the customer ticket is categorized as a Transaction Dispute.

Examples of dispute tickets include (but are not limited to):

  • Failed transactions (amount debited but not credited to the merchant).
  • Duplicate or multiple debits.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  • Goods/services not delivered or refunds not received.
  • Subscription/recurring transaction-related complaints.

Dispute cases are subject to standard investigation timelines (up to 90 days) as per banking and regulatory guidelines.


4. General Conditions

  • Jupiter reserves the right to classify tickets as “Disputes” and apply the exclusion accordingly.
  • This policy is governed by applicable banking and card network regulations.
