Terms and Conditions – Quest for Metal (“Campaign”)

Please read these terms and conditions (“T&C”) before entering the Gamification promotional campaign.

You agree that, by participating in this Campaign, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Campaign requirements as provided herein below to be eligible for rewards which are defined herein as “Moons”, “Comets”, “Jackpots”, Jewels, Metal Debit Card and Accor Membership amongst others. These T&Cs are in addition to the  Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to which you agree by using the Jupiter App. To the extent www.jupiter.moneyTerms and Conditions and Privacy Policy conditions are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Campaign only. For the purpose of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” or “user” shall mean any natural person who is participating in the Campaign.

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:

1. Eligibility:  This Campaign is only available for the users whose  Federal Bank Savings Account with Jupiter Platform has been funded on or before November 7, 2022..
2. Campaign shall start on January 7, 2023 and shall end on February 6, 2023, unless extended further.
3. You will have to complete the activities specified on the Jupiter App to unlock Moons and/or Comets which can get you rewards.
4. You can only earn one Moon in a day on transacting with the same merchant through Debit Card, and scan and pay (UPI)
5. Rewards: You will be eligible for different Jackpots at different stages by completing different milestones and unlocking Moons and/or Comets in the Campaign. Eligibility for these rewards and their redemption will be conveyed to You on the Jupiter App.
6. At the end of the Campaign, you further be eligible for the below rewards:
7. You may also be eligible for PRO Jackpot which shall double the Moons and Comets collected by you on February 06, 2023. To become eligible for this, you need to be a PRO user, if not, you shall maintain NRV > INR 10,000 in the month of January 2023 and upgrade to PRO in the month of February 2023.
8. Odds of winning a Federal Bank Jupiter Metal Debit Card and different rewards depends on the number of users successfully completes the Campaign
9. Winners of the Federal Bank Metal Debit Card or rewards will be notified by Jupiter through email/push notification and phone call within 15 days from the winner’s announcement by Jupiter
10. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond Jupiter’s control, Jupiter may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at Jupiter sole discretion
11. Upon winning  Federal Bank Jupiter Metal Debit Card or rewards, You cannot transfer, assign; or redeem the prize for cash
12. Subject to the winner claiming the Federal Bank Jupiter Metal Debit Card or other rewards within the given time period and sharing the requisite information as may be requested by Jupiter, Jupiter shall verify and dispatch the prize as per internal policies
13. You understand that if point no. 12 above is not fulfilled within a time provided by Jupiter, You will deem to have forfeited the prize
14. The winner of the rewards shall agree to the issuer terms. Use or redemption of rewards shall be construed as acceptance of the terms of the issuer of the reward.
15. Issuer herein means the merchant or Jupiter or the seller of the goods and services as the case may be.
16. Jupiter shall not be responsible for any dispute related to rewards, and should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

1. Jupiter may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Campaign terms. Further, Jupiter reserves the right to change any of the T&Cs or cancel the Campaign at any time. Furthermore, Jupiter in its sole discretion, modify, terminate or suspend the Campaign should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Campaign
2. Jupiter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any user found to be tampering with the Campaign or Jupiter App without specifying the reason or intimating the user
3. Jupiter shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event
4. Jupiter shall have the sole discretion to choose the colour/design of the Federal Bank Jupiter Metal Debit Card
5. This Campaign is being made purely on a best effort basis and participating in this Campaign is voluntary. By participating in the Campaign, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Jupiter, and any of its affiliates and employees from any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the rewards, even if caused or contributed to by Jupiter’s negligence
6. Nothing contained in these Campaign terms amounts to a commitment by Jupiter to conduct or offer further, similar or other rewards or Campaign
7. Jupiter reserves the right to extend this Campaign to the users who qualifies internal policies of the company.
